How Long is your Season?

Our season starts on 1st March and ends on the 7th January. Static Caravan owners are welcome to use their caravan at any time during that period.

What are the Annual Charges?

Site fees for the 2019 season are £2,000.00 which includes water rates, VAT and local authority charges. Other cost considerations are as follows:

– Metered Electricity; most caravan owners spend approximately £100 annually.

– Bottled gas; priced at £55.00 per bottle.

– Caravan Insurance; prices vary depending on the value of the caravan and the level of cover but expect to pay in the region of £250-£300 per annum.

Are Dogs Allowed?

Dogs are allowed on park providing that they are kept of a lead. We have very good dog walking facilities next to the park and in the entire valley.

Are Families Welcome?

We do not operate an adult’s only policy and families are welcome to enjoy the park.

Can I Sub-let my Caravan?

Sub-letting at Ceiriog Valley Park is strictly prohibited.

Can I use my Caravan as my Primary Residence?

Ceiriog Valley Park is licenced as a holiday park, as such all caravan owners must provide proof that they own/rent a residential property at the time of purchase.

Is there an Age Limit for Caravans on Site?

Caravans are permitted to remain on park for 20 years from new.
